I am a Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist. This means I have trained in a range of approaches, including Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis, while also working from a Transpersonal perspective.
The Transpersonal approach holds the belief that you, the client, already possess the inner resources needed to create meaningful change and realise your full potential. It invites spiritual growth and explores existential themes, expanding the scope of therapy beyond the personal to include the spiritual.
This way of working aims to support deep healing, personal transformation, and a sense of connectedness beyond the self.
While I work traditionally through talking therapy, I also enjoy working creatively using imagination, drawing, and visualisation where appropriate.
I completed a four year diploma at The Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education. My training included 550 hours of supervised client work and 100 hours in a clinical placement within the NHS.
If you’re interested in this way of working or have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.
I also offer free mentoring for those considering psychotherapy training. I can help demystify the process and guide you through the early stages. Please contact me via the contact page.
Occasionally, I run a workshop on the climate crisis, exploring how cultivating elemental balance within ourselves can help us be of better service to the planet. Check the relevant page on this website for upcoming dates and details.
Accessing therapy for the first time can be scary, but I will guide you through the process and work with you to build a trusting relationship where we can create meaningful change in your life.
