- I work in person across two locations – London Paddington and Southend-on-Sea in Essex – and my session fees reflect the local differences in overheads and cost of living. In London my standard fee is £75 per session, and in Essex it is £55 per session. Online sessions are £55 per session. I have a limited number of low-cost slots available which are £40.
- I offer both face-to-face and online sessions.
- I have availability in person at The Henry Centre in Westcliff-on-Sea on Monday daytime and evening, and Tuesday evening at CCPE in Paddington. I have online sessions available on Mondays too.
- I offer open-ended psychotherapy which explores deep issues and patterns which are impacting your relationships and quality of life. I can also work short-term in a goal-focussed way. Please contact me and we can explore your requirements together.
- I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation so that we can get to know one another and discuss your expectations for therapy.
- Sessions are weekly, 50 minutes in length, at the same time each week.
- All sessions are confidential, and I will provide you with my confidentiality policy during our first session.
- I attend regular supervision to support my clinical work.
- I keep brief clinical notes which are stored securely.
